About the Role

We are looking for a Freelance Conversation Designer to join our team at Kata.ai. This Freelance Conversation Designer - Remote role involves creating engaging conversation media and optimizing chatbots for improved user interaction. You will translate business requirements into conversation media and collaborate with a bot builder on conversation design implementation.

What You'll Do

  • Improve natural language processing for better chatbot performance.
  • Master conversation and persona design to enhance user experience.
  • Present design recommendations to internal teams and clients effectively.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best outcomes for chatbot interactions.

Requirements

  • Experience in copywriting, dialogue design, or similar roles.
  • Skills in content creation, scriptwriting, and UX design.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
  • Understanding of user-centric design principles.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to deliver quickly.
  • Knowledge of conversational bots' current uses.
  • Client-facing experience in creative or marketing roles is advantageous.
  • Additional design or software development skills are a plus.
