FP&A Manager - Remote Opportunity in Crypto Trading

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager remote to join GSR, a leading player in the crypto trading space. In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping financial planning, forecasting, and decision support across our organization. As an FP&A Manager remote, you will partner closely with department heads to provide commercial insights to senior leadership while taking ownership of core planning, reporting, and cost management processes.

What You'll Do

• Own the annual budgeting process and bi-annual reforecast cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Act as a finance business partner to department heads, providing insights into performance and cost drivers.
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including month-end reviews and management reporting.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to automate and simplify FP&A and reporting workflows.
• Support and lead ad hoc analytical and strategic projects as required.
• Oversee the end-to-end overheads and accounts payable process, ensuring effective cost control.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of accounts payable processes and controls.

Requirements

• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable impact.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (or Microsoft Excel) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP and accounts payable systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• A demonstrated track record of improving, automating, and scaling finance processes.
• CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified.
• Experience in a trading firm is a plus, but not essential.
• Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Excel VBA, Google Apps Script, Tableau) is a plus.
