About the Role

We are seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to join our innovative team at DevLogic. As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product from the ground up, working closely with the founders to drive the development process.

What You'll Do

• Build core product features end-to-end, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with founders on key product decisions to align with business goals.
• Translate real user feedback into actionable improvements for the platform.
• Help define the technical direction of the product from day one.
• Utilize your full-stack experience to ship features independently and efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, preferably in early-stage or fast-moving teams.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Next.js.
• Experience with integration-heavy backend systems, including ERPs, CRMs, and finance tools.
• Familiarity with native and third-party APIs.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM tools.
• Background in software development for business applications.
• Previous startup experience is a plus.
