Forensic Services Manager - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We are seeking a Forensic Services Manager to join our team at PwC Namibia. This role focuses on identifying and preventing fraudulent activities, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. As a Forensic Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding organizations against financial crimes while maintaining ethical business practices. What You'll Do

• Lead forensic teams in performing fraud investigations, litigation support, and fraud prevention assignments.
• Analyze and identify the linkages and interactions within complex systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Mentor and develop junior forensic staff members, fostering their professional growth and expertise.
• Engage in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to address conflicts or issues effectively.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, ensuring compliance with PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements.
• Utilize technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and encourage team collaboration.
• Market forensic services alongside team members to drive business development strategies.

Requirements

• Must be a Namibian Citizen; individuals with disabilities and from previously disadvantaged groups are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Forensic Accounting, Commerce, Accounting, Law, or a relevant forensic qualification.
• Certification as a Fraud Examiner or Anti-Money Laundering Specialist is required.
• 5-7 years of experience in the forensic field, with a focus on fraud investigations and litigation support.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in conducting investigations.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Willingness to travel within Namibia and other African countries as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
