About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to join our team remotely. As a Food & Beverage Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will help us maintain compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing any questions or concerns - it’s the Stinker way!
  • Analyze food service trends and results to prepare action plans, leveraging the store's fresh food strengths to address areas of opportunity and ensure profitability.
  • Ensure skunktastic 24/7 execution of all food service programs: including ordering, inventory control, production planning, product handling, product rotations and dating, and display setting.
  • Ensure routine maintenance and upkeep of food service equipment and facilities.
  • Assist with the hiring, training, and coaching of team members, while enhancing associate engagement.
  • Execute safety, security, and quality procedures by ensuring alignment with company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail, food & beverage, or convenience store experience required.
  • Ability to balance on a step stool or step ladder, lift up to 50 lbs., and work from floor to eye level.
  • Able to work in a cooler or freezer at temperatures as low as 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • ServeSafe/SURE Food Manager certification, as well as any other legally required certification by local jurisdictions.

  • Experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
