About the Role

We're hiring a Floating Starbucks Manager to lead our team in Burlington, Vermont, with a focus on creating an exceptional Starbucks Experience for our customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage operations remotely while ensuring high standards of customer service and product quality.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate a team of store partners to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in food and beverage management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service techniques and supervisory practices.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree in business or related field preferred.
