About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Business Consultant - ERP Implementations to join our team at Pine Services Group. This is a remote position where you will play a crucial role in supporting ERP implementations and financial transformation initiatives for manufacturing and product-based organizations. As a Finance Business Consultant, you will help improve financial processes and operational performance, making a significant impact in the industry.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality consulting services across core finance functions.
• Improve financial reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support or lead ERP finance implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with finance leaders.
• Maintain strong client satisfaction and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–15+ years of finance, ERP, or consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in core finance functions.
• Experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems.
• Project management experience.
• Certifications in finance or ERP systems.
