Field Sales Executive - Remote Opportunity for Career Changers

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Field Sales Executive to join our team at Saltz. This remote position is perfect for career changers who are eager to dive into the exciting world of food technology. At Saltz, we believe in connecting chefs directly with quality producers, and as a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in making that happen.

What You'll Do

• You’ll be out in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens to introduce chefs and owners to our innovative marketplace.
• Manage about 10–15 meetings a week, ensuring follow-ups and maintaining relationships.
• Plan your weekly schedule with guidance and work towards hitting or exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrate our application to chefs in their own environments, showcasing how Saltz simplifies ordering.
• Utilize our CRM and other tools to track your progress and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

• Experience in the gastronomy field, whether running a kitchen, managing a bar, or working in customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with chefs and managers.
• Fluent in both Lithuanian and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead conversations, listen actively, and confidently close deals.
• Bonus: Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in sales internships or part-time customer roles.
