We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Engineer to join our team at ManpowerGroup. As a Facilities Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our physical infrastructure, ensuring safety and efficiency in operations. What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain physical infrastructure, including buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure safety, functionality, and efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance projects and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare cost estimates and recommendations for facility improvements to optimize operational costs.
- Lead the design, sourcing, and project management of infrastructure projects such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Assist in developing long-range facility plans and participate in continuous improvement initiatives like kaizen efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, 2D AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software.
- Strong verbal and written technical communication skills.
- Experience with facility maintenance and project management, along with an understanding of building codes and OSHA standards is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, construction, and plumbing systems is advantageous.
- Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.
