• Utilize data engineering and big data technologies to analyze consumer insights and improve product offerings.
• Participate in the product-to-market process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand strategy.
• Support project management initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness in fabric development.
• Engage in community-driven marketing efforts, including storytelling and campaign management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in fabric and color management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of textile product development and sourcing.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Experience with eCommerce and digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in fabric production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and full-stack development.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and community-driven marketing.
• Certification in CPC or related fields.
