Experienced Healthcare Performance Improvement Consultant - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking an Experienced Healthcare Performance Improvement Consultant to join our Life Science & Healthcare team at Deloitte Consulting. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, primarily remote, while being part of a leading global professional services network. You will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity, efficiency, and service quality for public and private healthcare organizations through innovative solutions and technologies.
What You'll Do
- Participate in project activities and deliverable production, coordinating the project team and supporting the Manager in client management.
- Design and implement Business Intelligence solutions to monitor the performance of healthcare organizations.
- Conduct cost analysis and productivity factor assessments to support management control and analytical accounting structures.
- Design accounting and healthcare flow analyses for the production of analytical accounting models.
- Gather business requirements and produce functional specifications for structuring data-driven solutions.
- Redefine administrative-accounting processes for clients and manage change in public/private healthcare organizations with a focus on service digitalization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Engineering (with a focus on healthcare), or other STEM and Business disciplines.
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting firms and/or system integration, focusing on the healthcare sector or in significant public healthcare organizations and private healthcare groups.
- Experience in digital transformation projects in healthcare, such as analysis/implementation/configuration of business intelligence tools, administrative-accounting systems, and budget planning systems.
- Knowledge of the organizational context and logic of the National/Regional Health System, public healthcare organizations, and major private hospital groups.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Excellent command of the English language.

- Experience with healthcare analytics tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the healthcare sector.
