What You'll Do

• Manage account payables and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Perform cash reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle employee reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and submit authority reports as required by regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Type 1+2 Bookkeeper with 5-6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Excel and tech-savvy, comfortable using various accounting software.
• Experience with Priority ERP is a plus.
• A dependable professional who meets deadlines and works independently.
• Proven experience with bank reconciliations and handling day-to-day accounting entries.
• Solid Excel skills and fluency with numbers are essential.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
