Executive II - Solution Business Operations (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking an Executive II in Solution Business Operations to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will develop and implement product positioning and messaging strategies that clearly articulate product value propositions. As an Executive II in Solution Business Operations, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive efforts in generating and closing business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Lead product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive market assessments to evaluate feasibility and potential for new product positioning, including analysis of market trends and competitor SWOT.
- Chair and facilitate cross-functional launch committees, coordinating procedures and schedules for successful new product launches.
- Monitor and compile monthly product performance reports, incorporating sales data and organizational feedback to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, including market attack plans and targeted market approaches.
- Introduce and promote new products to sales ensuring effective communication of product benefits.
- Analyze data and recommend strategic actions for continuous improvement and effective countermeasures.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations on new products, updates, pricing, and contracts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations or related field.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
