As an Esthetics Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of aspiring estheticians in our Olympia campus.

What You'll Do

  • Teach, update, and implement the esthetics curriculum to ensure students receive the best education.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Accurately maintain program and student records to track achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Coach and motivate students, fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.
  • Resolve student concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a supportive atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Must be licensed in Esthetics or Master Esthetics.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills for teaching and motivating students.
  • Ability to teach in both classroom and student spa/salon environments.
  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
  • Instructor License is required; however, if you are interested in obtaining one, we encourage you to apply for our Instructor Training Program.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a teaching role or similar educational environment.
  • Knowledge of current esthetics trends and techniques.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans and educational materials.
