Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) & Quality Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) & Quality Manager - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of EHS programs that ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety across the organization. As an EHS Manager, you will be pivotal in enhancing our operational standards, ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, and maintaining our commitment to environmental stewardship.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and develop reports to analyze root causes and prevent future occurrences.
• Provide training and support to employees on EHS practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into operational processes.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in safety and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in EHS management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety training.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights for safety improvements.
• Experience with EHS management systems and tools, including Microsoft Office and Oracle ERP.

Nice to Have

• Certification in EHS management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
• Experience in the oil and gas industry or field service management.
• Knowledge of environmental management systems and sustainability practices.
