About the Role

We are seeking an Entry-Level Software Tester to join our dynamic team at Lensa. This remote software tester position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with up to 3 years of experience in software testing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products by detecting and tracking defects, analyzing testing results, and collaborating with our development team.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct software testing in all phases of the software life cycle, including design, development, testing, release, and maintenance.
  • Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies, ensuring they are reported accurately to the development team.
  • Create test designs, processes, cases, and documentation to support the testing efforts.
  • Perform testing both in the office and on the road, adhering to established standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Analyze testing results and submit reports to the development team for further action.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in software testing and mobile technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 0-3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on QA methodologies.
  • Experience in network QA testing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with mobile technologies, operating systems, and testing tools is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time-management and communication skills.
