About the Role

What You'll Do
- Grow client base revenues by presenting new test information and upselling services.
- Establish positive long-term client relationships and serve as a liaison between management and customers.
- Educate and train clients on our services, addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the Senior Sales Executive and Regional Manager to identify client concerns and develop retention strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction levels, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors and their offerings in your assigned territory.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of successful customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email, and internet functions.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing and competing products is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide.
