About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Director - Remote to lead our engineering teams in developing innovative AI solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the technical strategy and drive the success of our projects while working remotely. As an Engineering Director, you will play a critical role in enhancing patient engagement through cutting-edge technologies.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Define and implement the technical vision and strategy for AI-driven products.
• Oversee project management and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.
• Utilize low-code/no-code tools to streamline development processes and enhance productivity.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure the security and scalability of our platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering practices and methodologies.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable engineering tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Director or similar leadership role in software development.
• Strong background in AI/ML technologies and software architecture.
• Experience with project management methodologies, particularly Agile.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure management.
• Strong understanding of security best practices in software development.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on engineering management.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare industry or patient engagement technologies.
• Familiarity with financial controlling and FP&A processes.
• Knowledge of robotics and automation technologies.
