About the Role

We are seeking an Energy Markets Intern - Remote to join CleanCapital's investments team. As an intern, you will assist in data collection, financial modeling, and research related to solar and storage projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative team focused on clean energy and contribute to impactful projects.

What You'll Do

• Assist in maintaining databases and improving underwriting strategies.
• Engage in financial modeling for development and operating assets.
• Conduct research on electricity markets and translate policies into financial models.
• Participate in data collection and cleanup tasks.
• Utilize Excel and VBA for project development processes.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree + 2 years’ experience or master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in Excel and VBA.
• Understanding of project finance.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical understanding of clean energy processes.

Nice to Have
