Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in employee relations or HR management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR or ADP.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
