About the Role
We are seeking an Employee Relations & Compliance Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

- Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Develop and implement training programs on HR best practices and compliance.
- Collaborate with management to create and maintain people policies that promote a positive work environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding compliance and employee relations inquiries.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in employee relations or HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
