About the Role

We are seeking an Employee Relations & Compliance Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws and best practices while fostering a positive workplace culture. As an Employee Relations & Compliance Specialist, you will work closely with various departments to address employee concerns and implement effective conflict resolution strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with HR policies and U.S. employment laws.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Develop and implement training programs on HR best practices and compliance.
  • Collaborate with management to create and maintain people policies that promote a positive work environment.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding compliance and employee relations inquiries.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in employee relations or HR compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
