About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Project Management Engineer to join our dynamic team at Vitesco Technologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage and lead embedded software projects remotely, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
What You'll Do
- Take core responsibility for technical management of projects, establishing and optimizing project configuration management systems.
- Lead the development of comprehensive software project plans and detailed schedules, tracking progress and coordinating resources effectively.
- Oversee the management of software deliverables, ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Identify and manage software-related risks, implementing targeted strategies to mitigate them.
- Drive requirements engineering activities, ensuring accurate and feasible requirements transmission.
- Lead the software technical team, clarifying roles and coordinating internal and external resources.
- Establish and execute software quality control standards, supervising all phases of software development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in embedded real-time system software development or management.
- Proficient in Classic & Adaptive AUTOSAR architecture.
- Deep understanding of ISO 26262 ASIL-B/C/D safety lifecycle and ISO 21434 cybersecurity engineering.
- Familiarity with C/C++14, Python, UML/SysML, EA, PREEvision, CAN/LIN/FlexRay/Ethernet.
Nice to Have
- Experience in complete mass production delivery of BMS, ZCU, engine ECU, or chassis domain control.
- Knowledge of OTA, SOA, ROS 2, DDS, TSN, Hypervisor, POSIX, A/B partition upgrades.
- Familiarity with ASPICE L2+, Agile development, DevOps, CI/CD, GitLab, Jenkins, Docker.
- Ability to write technical documentation in both Chinese and English and communicate effectively in cross-cultural teams.
