- Monitor assigned loads and document any issues or resolutions.
- Promote driver safety and assist in achieving organizational objectives.
- Hand off relevant information to the next shift to ensure continuity.
Requirements
- Previous experience in call center or transportation operations preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.
- Detail-oriented with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
