  • Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes and capabilities through innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing operations within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and marketing best practices in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience with Veeva PromoMats and other marketing technology platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience in budget management and KPI tracking.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with DTC marketing strategies and patient engagement initiatives.
