- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes and capabilities through innovative solutions and best practices.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing operations within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and marketing best practices in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience with Veeva PromoMats and other marketing technology platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience in budget management and KPI tracking.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with DTC marketing strategies and patient engagement initiatives.
