Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, preferably in technology-related fields.
• Strong knowledge of AI regulatory frameworks and compliance issues.
• Proven experience in contract management and negotiations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in leading legal teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus.
