About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to join our team at Lensa, a career site dedicated to helping job seekers find great opportunities in the US. What You'll Do
- Implement HR strategy and initiatives aligned with sector, function, and division matrix.
- Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to optimize performance.
- Partner with Engineering division leadership to develop talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Identify talent retention strategies to enhance employee experience leveraging company mission and values.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to influence and guide engineering and technical talent teams.
- Leverage data insights to inform decisions and proactively partner with leadership to strategize business solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of HR experience or a Master's degree with at least 8 years of HR experience.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams with a focus on high-performance culture.
- Strong communicator with experience influencing and coaching senior executives.
- Demonstrated change management experience and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance.
Nice to Have
- Current U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance.
- Experience in Aerospace & Defense or government contracting.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and emerging technology trends.
- Experience working in a matrix environment.
- Ability to travel as needed (approximately 25%).
