What You'll Do

• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage cash flow and capital planning to support business growth and sustainability.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business partnerships and enhance financial operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a finance manager or director, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
• Expertise in GAAP, financial modeling, and revenue recognition.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in nonprofit finance and compliance is a plus.
