What You'll Do

• Manage client accounts by collecting and sharing feedback to enhance products and services.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to identify new opportunities.
• Develop account strategies that align with client goals and business objectives.
• Handle client concerns effectively, ensuring quick resolutions.
• Research client objectives and market trends to better understand their needs.
• Spot optimization and growth opportunities to present tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM while working towards revenue targets.
• Stay informed about digital advertising tools and trends to add value to client conversations.

Requirements

• C2 level of English proficiency is required.
• Ideally, 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, outbound sales, or account management.
• Comfortable managing client relationships and achieving targets.
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising tools such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.
• Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
