DevOps Lead - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented DevOps Lead - Remote to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices while working remotely. As a DevOps Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping our CI/CD pipelines and ensuring seamless integration of development and operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and ARM templates.
• Oversee the deployment and management of applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Enhance CI/CD processes to improve deployment frequency and reduce lead time for changes.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to define and implement best practices for cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on cloud environments and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of SAP technologies, including S/4HANA and SAP Security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI and data analytics in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and CRM technologies.
• Knowledge of incident resolution and access control mechanisms.
