About the Role

Drip Capital is seeking a highly strategic, hands-on Demand Generation Manager (Digital Marketing) to own end-to-end demand generation and brand building for the US market, targeting SMBs. This Demand Generation Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on pipeline and revenue while having the potential to build a team as the function scales.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-funnel demand generation across paid, owned, earned, and outbound channels.
  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), segments, personas, and quarterly pipeline targets for the US SMB market.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Execute programs across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, retargeting, and other performance channels.
  • Own database strategy, segmentation, and outbound email campaigns.
  • Build nurture journeys using marketing automation tools.
  • Drive top-of-funnel visibility through webinars, partnerships, events, PR, and thought leadership.
  • Strengthen Drip Capital’s credibility and trust among US SMB business owners.
  • Identify high-impact channels, communities, and platforms for market presence.
  • Own website performance, landing pages, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experiments.
  • Develop SEO-led content initiatives targeting high-intent searches.
  • Manage lead magnets, gated assets, and conversion workflows.
  • Track CPSQL, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), pipeline velocity, and revenue attribution.
  • Define lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and reporting dashboards.
  • Partner closely with Sales on qualification, routing, and follow-up.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation.
  • Proven ability to drive qualified pipeline and revenue (not just leads).
  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition and outbound marketing.
  • Experience targeting US or international markets.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to operate independently in a high-ownership role.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, lending, SMB marketing, or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GA4).
