What You'll Do

  • Design and implement data architectures and reporting systems that support high-stakes use cases, including stablecoin reserves and regulatory reporting.
  • Establish patterns and standards for data modeling and reporting that ensure compliance and auditability.
  • Lead complex data challenges, mentoring engineers and establishing best practices for data quality and testing.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Engineering teams to architect solutions that scale with business growth.
  • Drive strategic initiatives such as data platform migrations and BI tool consolidation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering with a focus on data architecture.
  • Expert-level skills in SQL and data modeling, with proven experience in dimensional modeling.
  • Deep knowledge of modern BI platforms, preferably Looker, and experience with semantic layer design.
  • Strong foundation in data quality frameworks and automated testing strategies.
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency/blockchain.
  • Knowledge of blockchain data and on-chain analytics.
  • Background in financial reporting or audit with an understanding of GAAP principles.
