• Own the analytics for Paxos-issued tokens and rewards initiatives, defining core metrics and building insightful dashboards.
• Translate complex business questions from various departments into clear, actionable data problems.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to enhance data models in Snowflake and dbt.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and improve model quality.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and audits, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in data and analytics roles, ideally in a financial or fintech environment.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to query large datasets and design data models.
• Experience with dashboarding tools like Looker, Metabase, or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in metrics development and data modeling.
• Comfortable with Git-based workflows for managing analytics code.
