What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of various partnerships.
• Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams to enhance product and partnership strategies.
• Design and manage tracking plans to ensure accurate data collection.
• Deliver dashboards and tools for effective data visualization using tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Investigate data discrepancies and provide solutions to complex problems.
• Act as the main contact for partners on KPI discussions, translating data into business recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Finance teams to build product strategy through data analysis.
• Engage in continuous learning and development within the data analysis field.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Business or Engineering program.
• Experience in SQL and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex problems through insightful analysis.
• Structured approach with attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in the music and technology industry.
