About the Role

Join ZF as a Customs Supervisor in a bilingual remote position. As a Customs Supervisor, you will oversee import and export functions, ensuring compliance with international customs regulations. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient logistics operations and requires a strong understanding of customs processes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage import and export functions for raw materials and finished products.
  • Control inventory of fixed assets and consigned equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Annex 24 in the customs system.
  • Report to the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
  • Maintain current certifications such as OEA, CIVA, and CITPAT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade or a related field.
  • Advanced conversational English is mandatory.
  • 3 years of experience in logistics as a Supervisor, with at least 5 years in Customs.
  • Strong knowledge of international customs processes (USA) and Mexican Customs laws and regulations.
  • Experience with the PRISMA customs system is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ideally Power BI; experience with SAP for fixed asset control is a plus.
  • Monthly reconciliations and VCM calculations.

  • Experience in the automotive technology industry.
  • Additional certifications related to customs and logistics.
