About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support & Success Specialist to join our growing SaaS startup. This remote position allows you to support our enterprise clients effectively, ensuring their satisfaction and success. As a Customer Support & Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining long-term relationships with our clients and optimizing their experience with our product.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional support to our enterprise clients via email and chat.
- Track customer processes and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients.

Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success or B2B customer support.
- Very good German language skills (C2 or native).
- Structured and self-responsible working style.
- Clear communication skills and strong service awareness.
- Motivation to deeply understand our product and our customers.
