About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist (Russian Speaker) remote to join our dynamic team at BitMEX. In this role, you will assist our users primarily during the European time zone, ensuring they receive the highest quality of support.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner with utmost professionalism and adherence to company policies.
  • Monitor the BitMEX Trollbox, Telegram, and other channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform document checks as per standard procedures and escalate inquiries when necessary.
  • Collaborate with various internal partners across different regions, including Asia, Europe, and America.
  • Assist in updating FAQ/Solutions documentation to enhance customer experience.
  • Continuously identify and evaluate customer needs to improve service quality.
  • Provide basic technical support and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Engage with the community to monitor emerging issues and feedback.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Russian.
  • Must have trading experience and the ability to compute simple calculations on financial products.
  • Experience resolving customer inquiries and providing basic technical support.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or trading is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a cooperative team spirit.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for helping customers.
  • Technical background or understanding of the BitMEX API is a nice to have.
