About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager - Fintech/BNPL Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product adoption within the fintech and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) sectors. Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the fintech or BNPL industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving product adoption.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of cloud financial management and service management practices is a plus.
