Customer Success Manager - EMEA Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity, focusing on the EMEA region. As a Customer Success Manager remote, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. You will work closely with various stakeholders to implement effective strategies that drive customer success and mitigate churn.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
- Implement onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to communicate customer needs and advocate for enhancements.
- Conduct business reviews with clients to assess their needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce churn and increase customer retention rates.
- Utilize tools like Gainsight and Excel for data analytics and reporting.
- Participate in local in-person social events to foster community and strengthen client relationships.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with payroll implementation and understanding of U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and project management software.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and manage stakeholder relationships.

- Experience with Gainsight or similar customer success platforms.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and payroll operations.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to the EMEA region.
