Customer Success Manager - EMEA Remote Position
About the Role
We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in the EMEA region. This is a fully remote position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer success platforms like Gainsight.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive customer success.
- Familiarity with payroll operations and global payroll best practices is a plus.
- Experience in B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
