About the Role

We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in the EMEA region. This is a fully remote position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, driving engagement, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer onboarding and implementation projects.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and proactively address customer challenges.
  • Implement strategies to reduce churn and enhance customer retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer insights and needs.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to improve customer success processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer success platforms like Gainsight.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive customer success.
  • Familiarity with payroll operations and global payroll best practices is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is highly desirable.
