What You'll Do

  • Support beneficiaries and healthcare professionals by responding to their requests via phone and email.
  • Provide information about policy coverage, reimbursements, and administrative management, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Manage contract and claims administration, including registering and canceling contracts and monitoring contribution payments.
  • Process healthcare claims by entering reimbursements, preparing cost estimates, and issuing guarantees of coverage.
  • Update and modify beneficiaries’ records, ensuring accuracy in contracts, addresses, and bank details.
  • Work flexible shifts, including afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (C2 level) and either French or Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work methodically and demonstrate organization and responsiveness.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in customer service or insurance is a plus but not required.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
