What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Document calls accurately in the system to maintain comprehensive records.
  • Assist with insurance filing to ensure smooth processing for our clients.
  • Mentor new hires, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain high customer service standards, adapting to changing work environments as needed.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the company mission and values through your daily interactions and work ethic.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work well within a team.
  • Data entry and typing skills for accurate documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Previous medical billing experience is preferred.
  • HIPAA certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
