About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent - Fully Remote Nightshift to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance during the night hours. As a remote Customer Service Agent, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate information delivery.
- Assist customers with their queries regarding services, products, and account management.

Requirements
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German or Italian is a plus.
