About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent - Fully Remote Nightshift to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance during the night hours. As a remote Customer Service Agent, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate information delivery.
• Assist customers with their queries regarding services, products, and account management.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate our customers' needs during the night shift.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German or Italian is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.
