About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement and retention strategies that enhance the customer experience. What You'll Do

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Lead customer onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition and engagement with our products.
- Design and implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and enhance customer advocacy.
- Conduct regular analysis of customer feedback and engagement metrics to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing coaching and leadership to drive performance.
- Organize and execute all-expense-paid team retreats to foster team bonding and collaboration.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing or related field, with a focus on B2B SaaS.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and data analysis tools, with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in coaching and leading a team, with a focus on achieving marketing goals.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
