Customer Consultant - Remote Position at The Body Shop

About the Role

We're hiring a Customer Consultant to join our team at The Body Shop. This remote position allows you to connect with customers and provide them with an inspirational insight into our products and philosophy. As a Customer Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting our cruelty-free beauty products and engaging with our community.

What You'll Do

• Learn and understand our extensive range of products, which are packed with natural ingredients sourced ethically through Community Trade programs.
• Engage proactively with customers to recommend our 2,000 vegetarian and vegan products that cater to their preferences and lifestyles.
• Support the store management team in driving sales and profit through exceptional customer service.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
• Contribute to local activism by connecting with Community Partners and promoting causes that matter to you.

Requirements

• Interest in connecting with customers to drive engagement and satisfaction.
• Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for ethical beauty.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in retail or sales environments.
