CRM Campaign Lead - Remote Opportunity

About the Role
We're hiring a CRM Campaign Lead remote to join our dynamic team at Officeworks. This role is pivotal in driving our CRM strategy and campaign initiatives for both B2C and B2B sectors. You will leverage data analysis and customer insights to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.
What You'll Do
- Translate business objectives and customer insights into clear campaign strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three Coordinators, empowering them to build and deploy campaigns effectively.
- Oversee campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with strategy and commercial outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Digital, Brand, eCommerce, Data, and Agencies to deliver integrated customer communications.
- Drive test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve engagement.
- Monitor performance and share insights to inform future strategies.
- Champion process improvements to enhance CRM capability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Ensure governance and compliance across CRM communications.
Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in marketing/communications or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end CRM/direct marketing campaign management.
- Experience in CRM or digital marketing; retail experience is a bonus.
- Proficiency in managing campaigns and using marketing automation tools.
- A strong understanding of data analysis to draw insights and make informed business decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident stakeholder management skills across different teams and levels.
