About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Creator/Customer Support Specialist - Remote to join our innovative team at VidIQ. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting creators on their journey, ensuring they have the tools and assistance they need to succeed in the ever-evolving landscape of content creation.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to creators, addressing their inquiries and technical issues.
- Utilize your knowledge of AI tools and software to assist users effectively.
- Engage with the community through various platforms, including social media and forums.
- Collaborate with the product management team to relay customer feedback and improve services.
- Analyze data to identify trends and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Experience with content creation tools and platforms, particularly YouTube.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
