Corporate Responsibility Director - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Responsibility Director to lead our initiatives in this critical area. This remote opportunity allows you to direct the development and implementation of Cummins’ Corporate Responsibility strategy, ensuring that we make a positive impact in the communities we serve.

What You'll Do

• Direct the development and implementation of Cummins’ Corporate Responsibility strategy.
• Serve as an internal resource to leadership for Corporate Responsibility issues.
• Facilitate meetings with executives to develop and refine the Corporate Responsibility strategy.
• Develop and direct projects to implement the strategy, collaborating with various business units.
• Manage relationships with external community partners and oversee project design and execution.
• Review and consolidate reports on Corporate Responsibility activities and implement improvements.
• Lead, coach, and mentor employee involvement teams and Corporate Responsibility staff.
• Attend conferences and interface with national and global community organizations.

Requirements

• A college or university degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Public Relations, Environmental Sciences, or a relevant subject is required.
• A Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Significant relevant experience, including managerial and budgetary experience.
• Practical experience working with community organizations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
