About the Role

Join us as a Contracts Specialist in a remote capacity, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our contracting processes. What You'll Do

  • Provide legal support and advice throughout the contracting process, ensuring all contracts comply with applicable laws and internal policies.
  • Draft, review, and adapt contracts and legal documents to minimize risks and ensure clarity in legal, economic, technical, and operational aspects.
  • Coordinate the review, approval, and signing of contracts, ensuring timely delivery of supporting documentation.
  • Conduct legal studies and analyses to support administrative decisions regarding contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to guidelines set by the Legal Vice Presidency, maintaining compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Law.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in contract review, drafting, and management, preferably in law firms or large companies.
  • Advanced knowledge of contractual matters, commercial law, and corporate best practices.
  • Ability to advise and control legal risks in contracting processes.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1).
  • Excellent writing and spelling skills with a strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the aviation industry.
  • Familiarity with international contracting practices.
  • Certification in contract management.
