About the Role

We are seeking a talented Contract Senior Website Visual Designer (UX/UI) - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

  • Lead the design process from concept to execution, focusing on user experience and visual aesthetics.

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

  • Present design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and prototyping tools.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with web technologies including WordPress, React, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with QA automation and CI/CD processes is a plus.

  • Experience in motion design and creating engaging animations.
  • Knowledge of sales and client engagement processes.
  • Experience in documentation and lead qualification.
