Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in general and administrative roles.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with recruiting analytics.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruiting software.
